Excellent customer care and very good care regarding the arrangements.

This hotel was definitely centrally positioned and the staff members in the reception were there at every hrs. The beds were cozy and the people in the hotel were being usually respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was nice. The air conditioning was off and on, but they fix it. Incredibly pleasant hotel and great area. I Absolutely recommend this place!

Me and my kids stayed at Enotel Golf – Santo da Serra for 7 nights for holidays to discovering the city. Enotel Golf – Santo da Serra is located in an extremely central posture, it truly is clean and the beds are extremely comfy! There is just one point I would advise going forward and that’s to offer much more hotel amenities, shower gel in particular. Overall, I was very happy with this stay and will surely suggest it to anyone seeking to go to Machico (Madeira).

Handy and mainly thoroughly clean – the bathroom could use some work. However, I had been more than happy with this stay and would definitely suggest it to everyone seeking to visit here.

Stayed for 4 days with my spouse. Beds were being big enough and the room was always clean. The personnel have been extremely handy and welcoming and always made us feel like home. Rooms are large and the closet. The bathroom was pretty clean and the shower was good. Not a really social hotel but maybe was only all along our stay.
